Hematology Analyzer, also known as complete Blood Cell Analyzer.

Analyzers can range from basic instruments for complete blood count (CBC) analyzer machine, also called full blood count machine, to multifunctional systems designed for cell morphology and measurement of distinct cell populations.

The systems are based around several technologies including impedance-based measurement, Tri-angle scattering and flow cytometry, and Colorimetry.

Genrui's 3-Diff hematology analyzer machines using classical technology for whole blood analysis (e.g., impedance technology) will generate a three-part leukocyte differential. A three-part leukocyte differential provides values for neutrophils, lymphocytes, and all other white cells together.

Genrui's 5-Diff hematology analyzer machines are capable of analyzing all leukocytes using flow cytometry-based methods, some in combination with impedance, Tri-angle scattering and flow cytometry, colorimetry, to count all the different types of WBCs, including neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, and eosinophils (five-part differential).

Specific Protein

Immunoassay is a highly selective bioanalytical method that measures the presence or concentration of analytes ranging from small molecules to macromolecules in a solution through the use of an antibody/antigen immunoassay test as a biorecognition agent. 

Immunoassays (IAs) play a critical role in various bioanalytical settings, such as clinical diagnostics, biopharmaceutical analysis, environmental monitoring, security, and food testing. It is even more critical to effectively diagnose, monitor, and manage the patients' health. Considering the prominent role that IAs play in clinical decision-making, they are indispensable for healthcare settings. 

Genrui keeps branding its own IAs platform, which is called specific protein analysis solution, the PA series including its instrument and reagents. After nearly 20 years of effort, the platform has become one of the most well-known analysts in the field in domestic and foreign markets. Now it is the Top 1 specific protein solution export in China.

All PA analyzers of Genrui use the nephelometry method to improve accuracy, repeatability, and reduce carryover. These analyzers include fully-auto one PA120 and semi-auto Genrui PA54. The former basically cover all demands from a small to the medium laboratory, with its high throughput and high automation. The latter shows the huge market capacity for some countries and regions under development and construction because of its compact model and good performance. The most important is the PA-compatible reagents that Genrui provides, which really play an irreplaceable part in the diagnosis of diabetes, infection, renal disease, rheumatoid disease, immunological diseases, clotting disorders, etc.

POCT is defined as "the examination required for any medical measures at the patient's medical site". Tests conducted in the presence of the patient, not in a central laboratory, lead to improvements in patient care. "Testing developed and ruled by clinical laboratories, which can be carried to patients as reagent kit and performed in real-time but not in particular laboratory facilities, or other fixed, dedicated facilities."

The main criteria of POCT are that there is no need for a fixed test site, detection reagents and instruments are portable and can be operated in a timely manner. POCT does not require specialized clinical testing services like professional sampling.

In recent years, due to the development of high and new technology and the progress of medical science, as well as the efficient and fast-paced working mode, POCT with the miniaturization of experimental instruments, simple operation and real-time reporting results has been more and more favored by people.

The POCT machine platform is divided into parts according to application and methodology. For Genrui, now the FIA is the main product series designed to serve as to complete scientific and safe diagnosis in addition to traditional clinical laboratory solutions, which provides more convenient, accessible, less-burden, personalized and customized real-time testing. 

The FIA is an advanced technology. Using specially selected fluorescent materials to enhance the signal of a micro biomolecule, so as to obtain specific concentration information, it has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and good practicability, so it is used to measure bioactive compounds, such as proteins (enzymes, acceptors, antibodies), hormones (steroids, thyroid hormones, phthalein hormones), drugs and microorganisms, etc.. On the other hand, the colloidal gold rapid test kit and other POCT devices like KT-10 are now available and developing.

A chemistry analyzer is one of the most widely used instruments in a clinical laboratory. Accordingly based on some technologies including colorimetry, turbidimetry, nephelometry, ISE, etc., the contents of various sugars, lipids, proteins, ions, enzymes, hormones and a variety of metabolites, drugs in the sample can be sensitively detected.

Genrui's fully-auto analyzers range from 120 Tests/Hour to 400 Tests/Hour, the models include Genrui GS100, GS300Plus, GS480A. To bring convenience for use and improve user experience, Genrui has developed its own brand software and reagents for 3 models.

Genrui's semi-auto analyzer WP21B, WP21A are designed for those small labs and clinics which only require 1-2 operators, programmable parameter setting allows these labs to perform their hot items.

Our China electrolyte analyzer of Genrui GE300, GE500 is closed systems to ensure the best compatibility and test performance while making more trade benefits of the reagent. The different technical requirements of the two models each meet the needs of different customer groups.

Molecular diagnosis is a technique that uses a molecular biology method to detect changes in the structure or expression level of genetic material in a patient. Molecular diagnosis testing is the main method of predicting the diagnosis, including both individual genetic disease and prenatal diagnosis. It's also a gold standard for the COVID-19 test.

Molecular diagnostic assays consist of two parts, the nucleic acid extraction part, and the nucleic acid detection part.

Genrui offers a fully-auto nucleic acid extraction instrument NE48 & NE98 use automatic magnetic bead extraction principle that can purify high-quality nucleic acids from a variety of sample types.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Genrui also provides COVID-19 molecular detection kits that can be tested on the PCR detector together with the extracted high-purity nucleic acid. In addition to this, we also provide rapid detection kits for the new coronavirus.

Chemiluminescence immunoassay is currently recognized as an advanced label immunoassay technology in the world. Enhanced chemiluminescence immunoassay technology has high accuracy and specificity. Its sensitivity can reach 10 mol/L -12 (RIA is 10mol/L). It can detect substances that cannot be detected by methods such as radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunoassay are of great significance to the early diagnosis of diseases. In addition, chemiluminescence immunoassay test has the advantages of stable results, small errors, good safety, long trial periods, etc.

As we know the COVID-19 pandemic is a scientific, medical, and social challenge. The syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) can rapidly develop, causing severe and deadly complications. The sars cov2 test is an important method of dealing with the pandemic. The identification of effective laboratory biomarkers able to classify patients based on their risk is imperative in being able to guarantee prompt treatment. Analysis of recently published studies suggests that systemic vasculitis and cytokinin-mediated coagulation disorders are major factors in multiple organ failure in patients with severe COVID-19 complications.

The following biomarkers have been identified: hematological (lymphocyte count, neutrophil count, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR)), inflammatory (C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), procalcitonin (PCT)), immunological (interleukin (IL)-6 and biochemical (D-dimer, troponin, creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)), especially those related to coagulation cascades in disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Genrui offers a variety of multi biomarkers detection options and products including the Hematology analyzer, Specific Protein Analyzer series, the chemistry analyzer series and POCT's Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer.
